Ten year old Fin Eccles qualified for the Welsh Mini Masters, organised by Shelter Cymru, during the summer. He joined 57 other young Welsh golfers for the Finals at the Celtic Manor Resort on Tuesday 25th October.
Fin came first in the 8 to 11 age group and his score was the best recorded on the day in all catergories.
Andrew Jones from Shelter Cymru said "The standard was exceptionally high this year and our six category winners truly are Welsh Mini Masters."
After picking up his trophy Fin said "I really enjoyed playing at Celtic Manor and it was great to get a chance to play on a course where I had seen the best players at the Ryder Cup"
